As such, society tries to teach us that zombies aren't real, just a figment of movieland to scare us. They miss the point. All of the zombie movies start the same. NO ONE could concieve of it happening, because they believe the same thing. Be it by radiation, aliens, God, or some other outlandish origin, and they are UNPREPARED for it as a result. The point isn't that it will happen, or may happen. The point is that the world is a strange place, and the POSSIBILITY is enough! I have personally seen ghosts before, and zombies aren't such a streatch, no matter how outlandish. Who knows, maybe some pharmacutical company will invent something they really shouldn't have. Maybe solar winds will do something wacky to our ozone at random. Maybe God will one day look down on us, and finally unleash his wrath in the form of our undead and hungry aunts and uncles. We don't know, no one does. That, in and of itself, is reason to be prepared. Because if and when that does happen, I want to be with the guys who just happened to train for just such an occasion.
